Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where:
The recharge or bill payment fails but the amount is debited from your account.
You are charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
No refunds will be provided for successful transactions or incorrect details entered by the user (e.g., wrong mobile number, account ID, or biller details).
To request a refund, you must contact us at support@nexasofttechnologies.com with the transaction details, proof of payment, and reason for the request.
Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Successful mobile recharges, utility bill payments, or any service where the value has already been delivered.
Transactions made with promotional offers, coupons, or discounts.
Issues arising from the user’s side, such as poor internet connectivity, incorrect input of details, or device-related errors.
Once a recharge or bill payment request is submitted and processed, it cannot be cancelled as it is instantly sent to the respective operator/biller.
We may revise or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via our Platform or email. Continued use of NEXAPAY services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
