Welcome to NEXAPAY. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NEXAPAY website, mobile application, and services (“Platform”), operated by NEXASOFT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to maintain such information as required.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

2. Service Usage

NEXAPAY provides mobile recharge, utility bill payments, and related digital services strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Commercial resale, automated data extraction, or misuse of our services is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

3. Payments and Refunds

All transactions made through the Platform are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for exceptions.
NEXAPAY reserves the right to update service fees or charges at any time. Users will be notified of such changes in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on the NEXAPAY Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—is the exclusive property of NEXASOFT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.
Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the Platform content is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXASOFT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, your right to access or use our services shall cease immediately.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat.

8. Changes to Terms

NEXAPAY reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the Platform after such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
